Welcome to Miralune Studios. By booking a session or renting equipment at our facilities in Lisbon, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Bookings & Payment

All bookings must be confirmed via our online system or email. To secure a reservation, 50% of the session fee is required upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payments are processed securely and must be received prior to the start of the session.
• If you are over 20 minutes late then you will be required to pay for another hour.
• Deposits are non-refundable..
• Angency Packages must be paid upfront until the 8th of the month or 50% at the beginning and 50% at the end of the month.

2. Studio Rules & Usage

The renter assumes full responsibility for the studio during their booking time.

• Timekeeping: Your booking time includes setup and breakdown. If you exceed your booked time, an overtime fee will be charged.
• Cleanliness: The studio must be left in the same condition as found. Trash should be disposed of in the provided bins.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio premises.

3. Equipment & Damages

Miralune Studios provides high-end equipment (cameras, lighting, microphones) in good working order.

• The renter is liable for any damage, theft, or loss of equipment or studio property that occurs during the rental period.
• Any damage must be reported immediately to studio staff.
• Costs for repair or replacement of damaged items will be charged to the credit card on file or invoiced immediately.

4. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon.
